Wednesday Weekly Blogging Challenge; Favourite Things To Do In The Autumn

It's Wednesday, which means it's time for a new Wednesday Weekly Blogging Challenge post, courtesy of Long and Short Reviews. The theme of the week was favourite things to do in the autumn.

Aside from snuggle under a blanket with a good book, I like to bake, do autumn-inspired crafts, knit, watch horror movies (or read horror novels), drink lots of coffee, cider and hot chocolate, do some photography of the beautiful autumn colours in nature, participate in NaNoWriMo and lots of other fun stuff.

Also, if you want some more inspiration for fun activities during the autumn, feel free to check out Fall Bucket List: 100 Things To Do In Fall at the Uncustomary blog.

  1. We have a lot of autumn hobbies in common! What horror movies have you seen lately? I enjoy baking and photography, too.

    1. It's always fun having some autumn hobbies in common. Recently, I've watched The Curse of La Llorona, The Ritual, and Sleepy Hollow (the one with Johnny Depp, when he actually was good).

  4. Every year on Halloween, husband and I watch "Young Frankenstein" by Mel Brooks. We like humor with with the horror. And since I crochet afghans year-round, we have plenty of them around the house, for anyone who wants to get a "hug" from my by wrapping themselves in one. I've given away about 30 or so of them, to family and friends. I let them choose the colors.

    1. Since you like humour with the horror and Mel Brooks, have you seen Dracula - Dead and Loving It yet? It's a totally fun horror comedy.

And I like that you've given friends and family crochet afghans. :-)

  6. I agree with you on watching horror movies. It's nice to watch them when it's dark outside.
