Top Ten Tuesday; Fantasy Novels I Wish I Could Read Again for the First Time
It's Tuesday and perhaps time for a new Top Ten Tuesday, courtesy of The Artsy Reader Girl. The theme of the week was books I wish I could read again for the first time and I decided narrowing it down to fantasy novels.
Here's my picks.
The Twistrose Key by Tone Almhjell
The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern
The Shapeshifters by Stefan Spjut
Murder in Absentia by Assaph Mehr
The Bear and the Nightingale by Katherine Arden
Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor
Nevermoor: The Trials of Morrigan Crow by Jessica Townsend
Thief of Cahraman by Lucy Tempest
Aru Shah and the End of Time by ROshani Chokshi
The Vine Witch by Luanne G. Smith
I’m so curious about Nevermoor!

You're in for a treat if you ever read it. :-)
DeleteDaughter of Smoke and Bone would be fun to read again for the first time.

It certainly would. :-)
DeleteI am not a fantasy reader, but I recently made and exception and read Jody Hedlund's Come Back To Me and LOVED it. I love the cover of Thief of Cahraman. Here is my link this week: https://cindysbookcorner.blogspot.com/2021/08/top-ten-tuesday-reread-for-first-time.html
ReplyDeleteFantasy may not be for everyone.
DeleteGreat list! I'm not a huge fantasy reader, but I have read Aru Shah and the End of Time. I loved it. Sadly, I haven't picked up the rest of the series yet.
ReplyDeleteWhen you get the chance, I hope you stop over at my blog and take a read: https://readbakecreate.com/10-books-i-would-love-to-see-as-a-movie/
I've read only the two first books so far.
