Top Ten Tuesday; Cosy/Wintry Reads For Kids

It's Tuesday, which means it's time for a new Top Ten Tuesday post courtesy of That Artsy Reader Girl. The theme of the week was cosy/wintry reads, but I decided to narrow it down to reads for kids (the majority has a Christmas theme to them).

My picks are;

The Christmas Truce - The Place Where Peace Was Found by Hilary Robinson & Martin Impey

The Christmas Cat by Efner Tudor Holmes and Tasha Tudor

The Polar Express by Chris Van Allsburg

Paddington Bear and the Christmas Surprise by Michael Bond

Teddy's Christmas Wish by L. J. deVet

Winnie-The Pooh - Pooh's Christmas Letters by Andrew Grey

Letters from Father Christmas by J. R. R. Tolkien

Tree of Cranes by Allen Say

The Tailor of Gloucester by Beatrix Potter

The Tomten and the Fox by Astrid Lindgren

  1. I love children's books, but I haven't read any of these yet. Thank you for so many recommendations. Honestly, they all sound wonderful.

  2. Herlig liste! Her er det flere bøker jeg ikke har lest, men jeg har lest Lindgren sin bok og Polarekspressen. Noterer meg ned denne listen til en dag jeg trenger litt julemagi :D

  4. What cute choices! Somehow I've never picked up the Paddington Christmas book. I'll have to save these for future gifts for kids!
