Book Blogger Hop; Favourite Classic

As it is Friday, it's probably time for a new Book Blogger Hop post courtesy of Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer. The question of the week was "Do you have a favorite classic? When did you read it? High school or as an adult?".
Those of you who know me well enough, probably know that one of my favourite novels, not just favourite classics, are Bram Stoker's Dracula. Dracula to me is what Harry Potter is to Potterheads (and I'm a Potterhead as well).

  1. Oh my goodness!! I totally forgot about Dracula!! I loved it when I read it! But since I'm not into classics I don't think it's my favorite...

    Have a nice weekend!

  2. Dracula was amazing! It was very immersive and extremely interesting I remember spending hours and hours doing nothing but reading it.I think it is one of the most interesting books I have read and it intrigued me to read more Gothic horror.

    1. It's an interesting novel for sure, which was part of the reason why I wrote my BA dissertation on it a few years back. :-)

  3. I don’t read classics any more, I’m a a fan of contemporary paranormal romance or urban fantasy stories instead but I did read Dracula a couple of years ago and remember thinking how different it was from all the films I'd seen.
