Top Five Wednesday; Chill Out Reads
It's Wednesday, so it's perhaps time for a new Top Five Wednesday post courtesy of the Top Five Wednesday Goodreads group and the theme of the week was chill out reads. Even though I focus on horror and paranormal books on this blog, it doesn't mean I don't read other books, but believe it or not, it exist some light paranormal reads in the shape of paranormal cosy mysteries.

The only one who seems to know what's going on is her cat ... or is it ... her familiar?

And then Dorothy is murdered--run off the road as soon as she returns to work. Evelyn implores Carrie to find her niece's killer, but that's no easy Dorothy had made a hobby of blackmailing her neighbors and colleagues. Carrie, Evelyn, and Smoky Joe the cat are on the case, but are the library cards stacked against them?

Surely, there's no chance for a middle aged witch to get into any trouble here....right? Uh......
