My Thoughts on the Book
What I liked about this book is that it specifically aimed towards women with ADD/ADHD, as women is often "overlooked" when it comes to ADD/ADHD or women is told to "just behave" due to gender norms/roles. This book is a bit of "eff it" when it comes to the mentioned gender norms/roles. The book is also a workbook, with various exercises which enables the reader to think through things and it is in general more about embracing being a women with ADD/ADHD instead of trying to "fix" it. As with all self-help books, one size does NOT fit all, but I think a lot of women with ADD/ADHD wil find at least some stuff in this book that could work for them.
