Review; Pumpkin Spice & Poltergeist by Ali K. Mulford and K. Elle Morrison

Recently, I read the sapphic paranormal romance novel Pumpkin Spice & Poltergeist by Ali K. Mulford and K. Elle Morrison and today I'll post my review of the book.

My Thoughts on the Book
While I did enjoy the magical and paranormal world-building, as well as the autumnal vibe of Pumpkin Spice & Poltergeist, the plot and the characters felt a bit too flat and one-dimensional for me. What was the most interesting about the whole plot was the mystery of how Jordyn's ex died.

I love the idea of the concept though, especially as it was a sapphic romance, but the execution of it left a lot to be desired, and it felt a bit rushed, or that it was more of a first draft than the final one.

As we're writing 2022 in two months, I figured out it was time to announce the 2022 Diversity Challenge. I've hosted it in 2019 and 2021, and decided to host it next year too. I’m not going to make any categories or levels for this challenge, as I want it to be a bit flexible. Top Ten Tuesday; Reasons Why I Love Being a Book Blogger

It's Tuesday again and time for a new Top Ten Tuesday post, courtesy of  That Artsy Reader Girl .
